
Prof. Ming Chi

Bio: Ming Chi received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2013.,He is currently a Professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include networked control systems, multi-agent systems, complex networks, and hybrid control systems.

Senior Engineer. Zengxiang Zhou
University of Science and Technology of China
Bio: He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2002 and a master's degree in 2007. He subsequently served as a Teaching Assistant, Engineer, and Senior Engineer in the Department of Precision Machinery and Precision Instrumentation at USTC. From 2010 to 2012, he was an Assistant Researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the United States, where he participated in the development of the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) project. His current research focuses on large-scale precision geometric metrology and the measurement techniques related to geometric metrology in the development of astronomical instruments.

Prof. Kejia Zhuang
Wuhan University of Technology
Bio: Dr. Zhuang graduated from the school of mechanical science and engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, he is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of the school of mechanical and electrical engineering of Wuhan University of Technology. Visiting scholar of Lund University and Linköping University. He won the top ten Youth Science and technology progress of Wuhan University of technology in 2020, and was selected into the Sino Foreign Excellent Youth Exchange Program of China Association for science and technology. Presided over 3 national scientific research projects, 5 provincial scientific research projects and a number of enterprise cooperation projects. He has published more than 40 papers in high-level journals, applied for more than 20 invention patents and 4 software copyrights. He has served as the communication reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the project reviewer of the Ministry of industry and information technology, and the reviewer of some high-level journals.

Prof. Fengming Du
Dalian Maritime University
Bio: Du Fengming is a professor, doctoral supervisor, PhD from Dalian University of Technology and postdoctoral fellow in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at Dalian Maritime University, with main research fields including design of internal combustion engines, machine Vision, and artificial intelligence. He has been awarded titles such as Talent of Liaoning Province's "Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents Project", "Dalian Young Science and Technology Star", "Dalian High-Level Talent - Young Elite", and Talent of the "Xinghai Project", and won the Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award (ranked 1st). He has presided over and participated in more than 20 projects funded by institutions like the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, and China State Shipbuilding Corporation, published over 80 academic papers, and holds 7 invention patents and 3 international invention patents. He serves as Associate Editor of the journal Educational Research and Modern Science and Technology, Guest Editor of journals such as Lubricants, Coatings, and Academia Materials Science, and reviewer for more than 30 domestic and international journals including IET Image Processing, IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering and Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, he is a review expert of CNKI, a member of the Professional Committee on Big Data and Science and Technology Communication of the China Science and Technology Press Association, an expert of Dalian Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, an industrial technology expert of Dalian Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and a technical expert for green manufacturing enterprises in Dalian. As a supervising teacher, he guided students to win the Bronze Award in the National Finals of the "2025 RoboCom Robot Developer Competition".

Assoc. Prof. Feng Wang
China University of Geosciences (Wuhan)
Bio: Wang Feng, Ph.D. in Engineering, is a Associate Professor at the School of Automation, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). He is a JSPS Overseas Fellow (JSPS Fellow) of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and was selected for the "CUG Scholar" Young Excellent Talents Program at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). He serves as a member of the Human Factors Committee of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IEEE-IES), a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), and a member of the Dynamic Learning and Intelligent Medicine (in preparation) Technical Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA). He is also an Editorial Board Member of the international academic journal Journal of Advanced Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics, a Youth Editorial Board Member of Intelligence & Robotics, and a Youth Editorial Board Member of Human-Centric Intelligent Systems.
